EDUCATION
Art Center College of Design, Pasadena (2014-2020) - Bachelor of Science; Entertainment Design (Concept) Major; was on the Provost List for several years running . Graduated with Honors.
Fullerton College, Fullerton (2010-2014)
EXPERIENCE
Illustration Manager | Disney Publishing Worldwide, Glendale (Apr 2021 - Oct 2024)
Created visual assets for film franchises/programs, across many publishing and digital formats. Collaborated with artists, Walt Disney Animation Studios, and art/design team.
-Deep involvement across all stages of development, multiple projects at once.
-Contracts, budget, layouts, pencils, paints, model accuracy, corrections, flavor text/descriptions, formatting adaption, reviews.
-Held up great relations with studio, hires, and art team throughout.
-Gained deep familiarity and experience in creating and managing art for multiple Disney properties, from Classics, to Encanto, Frozen, select Pixar films, the Star Wars and The Nightmare Before Christmas franchises, and more!
Illustrator | Shadows Interactive Inc., Los Angeles (2020-2021)
Collaborated with art director, marketing team, and author, for a storytelling application. Produced a variety of art assets to enhance the visual storytelling experience.
-Assets included partial/cut-in and full-size graphics and illustrations for key scenes, character interactions, avatars, and environments. Work involved swift turnaround times, knowledge about user retention, industry trends, and UI.
Freelance Artist & Art Instructor (2014-2018)
Various freelance projects from toy/tattoo/logo design, to mural collaborations. Taught art lessons to children ages 6-12, and to young adults. Lessons focused on draftsmanship and fostering creative enthusiasm.

ADDITIONAL INTERESTS
Was a whale-watch naturalist with the American Cetacean Society, where I happily taught boat passengers about the wonderful sea life that shares our beautiful California coastline. Enjoyed teaching opportunities with large groups of children at Redondo Beach, and the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium.
I’m currently an animal shelter volunteer with OC Animal Care!
Hobbies include games, raising monarch caterpillars, honking away on a saxophone, and perfecting gutterballs at the local bowling alley.
